Lead website projects in Calgary with strong organization, communication, and client relationship skills at POD Marketing. Manage plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery.
As Project Manager, you will guide website projects from planning through launch while reporting to the Team Lead of Project Management. You will define requirements, coordinate multidisciplinary Websites team activities, and manage scope, timelines, and budgets. Client communication, quality assurance, and process planning are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead website projects from initial planning through launch
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate tasks, track progress, and address bottlenecks
Provide project updates to clients and internal teams
Improve processes, documentation, and project efficiency
Requirements:
Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Two or more years coordinating multiple tasks or projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with project management software and tools
Bring website project leadership, client communication, and organized coordination to POD Marketing’s Calgary-based Websites team.
