Agile Mainframe Requirements Analyst

Drive Agile mainframe initiatives with use case development, stakeholder collaboration, and clear business and technical requirements documentation.
This Mainframe Analyst works across application analysis and the Software Development Life Cycle. The role gathers requirements, facilitates stakeholder discussions, maintains end-to-end process documentation, and supports testing strategies and scenarios. It also contributes to risk management, defect analysis, and deployment readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and system requirements
Develop and maintain end-to-end process documentation
Support test strategies, scenarios, and test cases
Analyze defects during testing and implementation
Participate in Agile ceremonies throughout delivery
Requirements:
Mainframe application development and analysis experience
Experience creating business and technical process documentation
Experience supporting testing and deployment activities
Experience identifying and managing project risks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Use Agile analysis, requirements expertise, process documentation, and testing support to strengthen mainframe application delivery.
