Senior Accounting Technician Bookkeeper

Apply accounting software and Excel expertise as an Accounting Technician working fully on-site at the physical location. English is required for this accounting-focused position.
This Accounting Technician role requires five years or more of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. You will maintain financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. The work includes payroll cheques, ledgers, reconciliations, reporting, and fixed-asset calculations.
Key Responsibilities:

Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
Maintain and balance various accounts
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Reconcile accounts and prepare accounting reports
Requirements:

Five years or more of experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Accounting software and QuickBooks knowledge
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word knowledge
Basic security clearance and criminal record check
Use bookkeeping systems, accounting software, and reconciliation skills to support accurate financial records as an on-site Accounting Technician.
