Maintenance Team Leader Mississauga
Ecolab
Lead industrial maintenance across Mississauga with expertise in preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and safety practices. Support two locations and multi-shift operations.
Ecolab seeks a Maintenance Team Leader to guide maintenance associates across chemical production and distribution settings. You will supervise equipment and facility repairs, establish maintenance plans, and provide technical assistance. The role requires coordination with production teams and Capital Projects Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance associates and coordinate work assignments
Supervise repairs, maintenance, and construction activities
Implement preventative maintenance strategy and TPM tools
Enforce safety practices and regulatory compliance
Maintain work orders, records, vendors, and spare parts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering
Three years of related experience, including team leadership
Knowledge of hydraulics, pumps, and automation
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Availability for evenings, nights, and weekends
