Talent Acquisition Specialist Full Cycle

Build DHC’s workforce through full-cycle recruitment and proactive sourcing while developing relationships with diverse talent in competitive markets.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support organization-wide recruitment within DHC’s Talent Acquisition Team. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and candidate engagement. You will help attract a diverse, high-performing workforce through structured recruitment and selection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate recruitment needs and develop resourcing strategies with leaders
Deliver full-cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting support
Build candidate pools for recurring and high-volume hiring needs
Track recruitment progress through KPI and reporting metrics
Coordinate required background and pre-employment screening
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in human resources, business, or related discipline
Five to seven years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Strong knowledge of Canadian labour and employment laws
Superior written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
