Bilingual Retirement Sales Consultant

Use bilingual financial advice and consultative selling to help Sun Life clients pursue retirement goals, with one weekly office day in Montreal.
As a licensed Retirement Consultant, you will support Group Retirement Savings plan members through personalized retirement and wealth solutions. You will connect with existing clients, uncover financial needs, and help them act on investment and retirement recommendations. The work combines education, relationship building, and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships through inbound and outbound client conversations
Recommend retirement and wealth solutions for client goals
Support retirement planning discussions and investment recommendations
Educate clients by simplifying complex financial concepts
Meet individual sales and client experience objectives
Requirements:
Active LLQP or Quebec PQAP license
French and English fluency, oral and written
One to three years financial services sales experience
Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
Ability to uncover needs and recommend tailored solutions
