As a Member Services Representative, you will be the branch’s first point of contact for Coast Capital members. You will identify needs, discuss financial opportunities, and help members build a better future together. The position emphasizes communication, empathy, problem solving, and advisory skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome members while demonstrating Coast Capital values
Build relationships through money chats and service
Educate members about online banking and mobile platforms
Resolve and prevent member banking issues
Watch for counterfeit money and illegal transactions
Requirements:

Strong verbal English communication skills
Comfort having sensitive member conversations
Active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
Initiative, adaptability, curiosity, and motivation
Integrity and interest in customer service or banking
Bring communication, empathy, and financial advisory skills to member service at Coast Capital’s branch.
