Securities Banking Operations Administrator

Process cash and stock transactions in Dataphile as a Banking Administrator on Aviso’s Operations team. Accuracy and reconciliation anchor this work.
Reporting to the Manager, Operations, you will support daily banking processing for Aviso clients and credit unions. The work includes EFTs, bill payments, foreign exchange transactions, cheques, fees, and transfers. Strong Excel skills, securities experience, and attention to detail support success.
Key Responsibilities:
Process cash and stock transactions in Dataphile
Reconcile cash outages across pending and suspense accounts
Generate client cheques for cheque processing
Process internal transfers, fees, and wire inputs
Meet accuracy standards and industry service-level agreements
Requirements:
Post-secondary business or commerce education preferred
At least one year in a securities industry office
Intermediate Microsoft applications knowledge, including Excel
Dataphile experience preferred
Strong accuracy, organization, and independent work skills
Bring securities administration experience, Excel knowledge, and precise transaction processing to Aviso’s client-focused banking operations team.
