Skechers Assistant Store Manager

Lead Skechers store performance through team leadership and sales management while supporting operations, customer service, and visual merchandising.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Management Team across operations management and team leadership. You will drive daily performance, inspire employees, and help deliver seamless customer service. The position combines inventory management, visual merchandising, scheduling, sales strategies, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Mentor, coach, and motivate employees toward sales goals
Maintain Skechers displays and layouts to brand standards
Monitor stock, restocking, and sales floor organization
Oversee scheduling, opening, closing, and store processes
Resolve operational challenges and customer concerns
Requirements:

Experience in sales management and meeting targets
Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
Strong organizational skills for inventory and operations
Weekend, evening, and holiday flexibility
At least 18 years old at application
Support Skechers profitability with customer service, inventory management, sales leadership, and visual merchandising expertise.
