Klaren is seeking a motivated Tier 1 Service Desk Technician to be the first contact for client tech issues. This fully remote role requires occasional on-site visits in the Greater Calgary Area, providing support to organizations across Canada.
You will troubleshoot desktop, network, and Microsoft 365 problems, handle user onboarding, and document resolutions. Ideal candidates have MSP exposure and relevant certifications.
