Provide personal care in Winnipeg as a Health Care Aide with WRHA Community Health Services, supporting independence through safe, respectful assistance.
The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Health Care Aide for its Home Care Program and J1 St. James-Assiniboia Team. You will assist clients with activities of daily living under general supervision, responding to changing needs within established standards. The position is 0.60 FTE, in person, with days, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living
Provide direct care within established standards
Support client independence and optimum health
Respond to special and changing client needs
Travel between client homes when required
Requirements:

Minimum Grade 10 education under Manitoba standards
Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
Safe personal care respecting comfort, privacy, and dignity
Effective English communication, verbally and in writing
Current required background checks for employment
Bring personal care, communication, and critical thinking skills to support Winnipeg clients through WRHA community health services.
