Building Electrician Kelowna Airport

Maintain Kelowna Airport systems as a Building Electrician with Equans, applying electrical troubleshooting and building equipment maintenance expertise. Work across airport operations and schedules.
As a Maintenance Technician IV, you will perform skilled maintenance, repair, and upgrading of building systems and related installations. Your work includes electrical equipment, control systems, fire alarms, generators, and physical plant equipment. You will support preventive maintenance, emergency response, and documented service activities while following applicable standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair electrical wiring, equipment, motors, and generators
Test electrical components for continuity, voltage, current, and resistance
Operate and adjust building control systems and equipment
Maintain fire alarms and primary and secondary distribution systems
Record preventive maintenance activities using CMMS
Requirements:
BC Trades Certification or relevant Red Seal IP certification
Authorization to work in Canada
Ability to obtain Transport Canada security clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain an Airside Vehicle Operators Permit
British Columbia Driver’s Licence
