This Project Controls Coordinator supports cost and schedule performance measurement within a general contractor environment. The position involves change management, billing processes, cost reporting, cash flow updates, and project controls data quality. You will also collaborate with Project Managers, technical subject matter experts, owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure project performance against cost and schedule baselines
Support change management with project stakeholders
Assist with prime, subcontractor, and purchase order billing
Prepare and update owner cost reports and cash flow
Maintain quality, consistency, and traceability of controls data
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in engineering
Two to five years in project controls or similar work
Experience within a general contractor environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Ability to work on site in Port Colborne, Ontario
Bring EVM, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills to EllisDon’s project controls team in Port Colborne.
