Identify valuable telecom inventions for patent applications
Formulate global filing strategies for pending applications

Requirements:

Registered USPTO or CIPO Patent Agent
Four or more years preparing and prosecuting applications
Experience with U.S., Canadian, or international applications
Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science degree
Strong written and oral communication skills
Apply patent prosecution, portfolio analysis, and telecommunications knowledge to protect Huawei Canada innovations across global markets.
