This Estimator supports Capwest Concrete & Pumping and the concrete manufacturing and precast division. You will prepare estimates, compare field and plant delivery approaches, and develop client-focused concrete solutions. The position suits an experienced estimator interested in project management growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for construction and manufacturing projects
Price formwork, shoring, foundations, slabs, and structural elements
Estimate precast materials, moulds, labour, curing, and delivery
Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and quantity takeoffs
Build organized bids, scope letters, and product quotes
Requirements:
Five-plus years estimating concrete construction, forming, and precast
Construction Management or Civil Engineering Technology diploma or degree
Strong takeoff skills and estimating software experience
Ability to interpret structural and shop drawings
Valid British Columbia driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Bring concrete estimating, quantity takeoff, and precast knowledge to Capwest Group while developing solutions and project management capability.
