As a Customer Equipment Solutions Service Tech IV, you will maintain rental and customer-owned equipment and tools. The position combines advanced mechanical work with customer communication, equipment demonstrations, and accurate daily documentation. You will also assist lower-level technicians and help with equipment and parts delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain complex rental and customer-owned equipment systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues
Demonstrate complex equipment and support customer needs
Upsell a wide array of complex equipment
Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery
Requirements:

Five or more years maintaining equipment and tools
Strong construction equipment and engine knowledge
Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Apply advanced equipment knowledge, customer communication, and field repair capability as a United Rentals Service Tech IV.
