Analyze customer accounts with QuoteWerks, Siebel, and billing expertise at GE HealthCare. Support Service Operations across Sales, Service, IT, and Finance.
As a Customer Account Analyst, you will work with experienced professionals across GE HealthCare Service Operations. The role supports Sales and Service through quotes, agreements, billing, reporting, and workflow processes. You will also help address collections issues and support internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate quotes and service agreements using QuoteWerks
Enter agreements accurately in Siebel CRM
Bill service agreements accurately and promptly
Analyze pooled service agreement utilization reports
Create and manage online workflow processes
Requirements:
College diploma or bachelor degree in a relevant business discipline
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn multiple systems and processes
Basic understanding of financial principles
Apply analytical, organizational, and systems skills while supporting customer accounts across GE HealthCare Service Operations.
