Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

Own month-end close and financial reporting at Rodan Energy, using ASPE, IFRS, reconciliations, and controls across Canadian and U.S. entities.
As Senior Accountant, you will manage core accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and support audits. The work includes journal entries, intercompany accounting, consolidations, tax filings, and reporting adjustments. You will strengthen scalable financial operations through process improvement, systems initiatives, and clear documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver assigned close components across all entities
Prepare complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Support consolidated ASPE financial statements and continuity schedules
Prepare U.S. IFRS statements for PJM reporting
Maintain audit schedules and respond to auditor requests
Requirements:
Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
Strong ASPE and working IFRS knowledge
Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidations
Cloud accounting or ERP platform experience
Advanced Excel and large dataset reconciliation skills
Bring technical accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation expertise to Rodan Energy's growing multi-entity finance operations.
