This Teacher position is for educators new to Calgary Catholic School District. Plan instruction, assess achievement, and communicate with students, families, school personnel, and district stakeholders. Support diverse learning needs through Alberta programming requirements, Learner Support Plans, and effective classroom management.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, provide, and assess instruction for students
Assess performance and communicate results to stakeholders
Maintain a safe, caring learning environment
Communicate with parents, school, and district personnel
Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing development
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in education from a recognized institution
Valid Alberta professional teaching certificate
Knowledge of Teaching Quality Standards
Experience with diverse learning needs and Learner Support Plans
