QA/QC Turnover Lead Data Center

Lead QA/QC and turnover for IREN’s Prince George data center expansion, applying inspection planning and contractor oversight on-site during day shifts.
As QA/QC and Turnover Lead, you will run the site quality program across electrical, mechanical, and network scopes. You will manage Inspection and Test Plans, hold points, witness points, non-conformance processes, and system turnover packages. The work supports construction, commissioning, and Operations handover at a live brownfield facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement IREN’s Quality Management System across site disciplines
Coordinate inspections and witness electrical, mechanical, pressure, network testing
Oversee contractor QA/QC plans, records, meetings, and mock-ups
Track NCRs, corrective actions, retesting, and deficiency closures
Build turnover packages and complete Operations walk-downs
Requirements:
10+ years industrial or mission-critical construction experience
3+ years leading QA/QC and turnover on multi-discipline sites
Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code, CSA Z462, ASME B31
Experience with contractor quality records and completions platforms
Ability to work on-site in Prince George rotationally
Bring defensible reporting, inspection leadership, and turnover expertise to IREN’s electrical, mechanical, and network expansion work.
