Risk Control Testing Analyst

Apply analytical skills to control testing and risk assessments as a BMO Analyst supporting Market Risk oversight from 100 King Street West.
Within the second line of defense, this Analyst helps execute monitoring and testing activities for the Market Risk compliance and governance program. You will document results, communicate outcomes, support remediation plans, review controls, and analyze governance information. The position also involves maintaining regulatory and process inventories while working with Market Risk stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform control testing and communicate documented results
Support remediation action plans for identified issues
Review controls to strengthen the control environment
Execute and maintain the Monitoring and Testing Plan
Analyze trends, issues, and management attention areas
Requirements:
Relevant experience in risk, audit, compliance, or governance
Control testing, monitoring, or risk assessment experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Bring control testing, risk assessment, and analytical capabilities to BMO’s Market Risk compliance and governance program.
