Key Responsibilities:
Plan operations, expenditures, budgets, costing, and sales reporting
Hire, train, develop, and lead service associates
Coordinate menus, catering, staffing, schedules, and production
Build client and customer relationships
Ensure compliance with quality and safety programs
Requirements:
Minimum two years of food service management experience
College-level diploma from a recognized institution
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Valid driver's license and shift work availability
Ability to manage sales, costs, and financial responsibilities
