This lead consultant assesses planning environments and delivers end-to-end transformations. The work combines merchandise, demand, allocation, and replenishment planning expertise. You will guide planning-system implementations while managing senior stakeholders and supporting change adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning assessments and end-to-end transformations
Design retail planning processes
Guide planning-system implementations
Manage senior stakeholders and drive change adoption
Improve forecasting, inventory, service, and margin performance
Requirements:

Six-plus years of retail planning experience
Experience across merchandise, assortment, space, demand, allocation, replenishment, or pricing planning
Hands-on implementation experience with RELEX, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail, SAP, or comparable solutions
Strong retail or consumer-products expertise
Client leadership and change-management experience
Apply retail planning, implementation, stakeholder leadership, and change-management expertise to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
