Achievers is seeking a Staff Engineer to shape the technical direction of the Data Intelligence platform at our Toronto area office. You will lead complex system initiatives, evolve architecture, and mentor engineers across teams while driving high-availability, scalable analytics capabilities.
You’ll work with Python, Go, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services to deliver AI-driven data intelligence that informs product decisions. Hybrid work with our Liberty Village team is supported.
