Lead Tamir’s mission through strategic leadership, Jewish values, and inclusive services for people with developmental disabilities and autism.
As Executive Director, you will guide a community-based organization committed to dignity, independence, belonging, and community inclusion. You will shape continued growth while strengthening residential services, day programs, employment, outreach, arts, recreation, and youth programs. This opportunity calls for a relationship-focused leader who inspires shared purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate organizational priorities into clear goals and effective operations
Champion person-centred programs advancing dignity and inclusion
Reflect Jewish identity throughout programs and services
Oversee budgeting and responsible resource stewardship
Guide donors, funders, partners, and community relationships
Requirements:
Advanced education or equivalent senior leadership experience
Senior leadership experience in nonprofit or human services organizations
Strong relationship-building, communication, financial, and organizational capabilities
Meaningful connection to Jewish life, values, and community
Commitment to inclusion and human rights-based support
