Manufacturing Production Supervisor Calgary
SLB Ltd.
Lead approximately 25 employees at SLB in Calgary, applying HSE leadership and Lean manufacturing expertise onsite. Support data center infrastructure production safely and efficiently.
As Production Supervisor, you will manage daily activities in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment. You will coordinate priorities, monitor production performance, and support safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. The position emphasizes employee development, continuous improvement, and operational problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion HSE compliance through audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
Lead production activities and monitor productivity, yield, and delivery KPIs
Drive Kaizen, 5S, standardized work, and waste elimination
Investigate incidents and quality issues, implementing corrective actions
Coach employees, manage attendance, and conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
Relevant two-year post-secondary diploma or Journeyman trade certification
Minimum two years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Knowledge of HSE practices, quality systems, and Lean manufacturing
Experience coordinating priorities and achieving production objectives
Flexibility to support shifts and overtime as required
