Associate Director of Care RN

Lead clinical operations at Norfinch Community in North York as an Associate Director of Care, guiding nursing staff and resident-centered care.
This temporary full-time days assignment provides maternity leave coverage within Sienna Senior Living’s Long Term Care team. You will oversee clinical operations, support regulatory compliance, and guide care delivery for residents. The position requires nursing leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality improvement experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Develop individualized care plans with healthcare professionals
Monitor care quality and implement evidence-based practices
Supervise, evaluate, and educate nursing professionals
Coordinate inspections, audits, surveys, and corrective actions
Requirements:

Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent post-diploma education
Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses
At least one year of Long Term Care nursing experience
Two to three years of registered nursing management experience
Legal eligibility to work in Canada and Vulnerable Sector Check
Bring registered nursing leadership, compliance, and quality improvement expertise to resident care at Norfinch Community.
