Construction Business Development Manager

Drive construction growth across CapWest Group of Companies in Vancouver, using industry relationships and commercial understanding to secure opportunities.
As Business Development Manager, you will pursue work across forming, pumping, framing, exterior panels, drywall, civil, and acquisitions. You will support government, institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential markets across the Lower Mainland and wider British Columbia. Your work connects clients, partners, estimators, project managers, and operations throughout each pursuit.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities before tender across CapWest divisions
Build relationships with GCs, developers, consultants, and estimators
Maintain CRM pipelines with forecasts and next actions
Prepare proposals and presentations with internal partners
Report pipeline health and forecasts to leadership
Requirements:
Seven to ten or more construction industry experience
Three to five years in business development or related roles
Established British Columbia construction relationships
Experience across multiple construction scopes
Hands-on CRM forecasting and reporting experience
Bring construction expertise, relationship management, and pipeline discipline to CapWest’s Vancouver business development team.
