This senior position requires eight to ten years of ICI estimating experience and a construction-related degree or diploma. You will prepare hard-bid, construction management, and design-build estimates while coordinating sub-trade quotes. The work supports accurate pricing, risk review, and project success.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead teams through bid completion under pressure
Assemble accurate estimates for varied delivery models
Organize successful sub-contractor quotes and assist buy-out
Distribute quotes and coordinate bid risk with management
Maintain labour, material, and project cost databases
Requirements:

Eight to ten years estimating ICI projects
Construction-related degree or diploma
Knowledge of estimating strategies and construction contracts
Experience with P3 and design-build contracts
Eligibility for Reliability Clearance
