Conveyor Belt Plant Operations Manager

Manage conveyor belt production for mining and tunneling industries in Quebec, combining equipment knowledge, quality procedures, and operational judgment.
As Plant Manager, you will oversee manufacturing operations and administrative support through a functional management team. The work requires understanding production principles, applying mechanical engineering comprehension, and making decisions in a high-volume environment. You will coordinate production demands, inventory, reporting, maintenance, training, and safe operating practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, control, and evaluate manufacturing operations
Maintain raw material and finished product inventory levels
Implement quality assurance and safety procedures
Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules for production
Submit required reports to senior management
Requirements:
College or university degree preferred
Equivalent education and experience may be considered
Knowledge of stamping and forming equipment preferred
ISO 9001 experience is an advantage
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
Bring manufacturing leadership, equipment coordination, ISO 9001 awareness, and production judgment to conveyor belt operations in Quebec.
