Data Engineering Manager GCP

Lead GCP data engineering with recent hands-on technical depth at Insight Global. Guide multidisciplinary teams across data, AI/ML, automation, visualization, and IT.
This manager leads Data Engineering while continuing to grow as a people leader. You will apply GCP, data architecture, and complex pipeline expertise across enterprise-scale solutions. The work also includes Agile practices, engineering standards, and scalable technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multidisciplinary Data Engineering, AI/ML, automation, visualization, and IT teams
Review code and troubleshoot recent engineering challenges
Make engineering and architecture decisions for scalable solutions
Establish Agile practices and engineering ways of working
Mentor engineers and drive technical standards
Requirements:
Seven-plus years of Data or Software Engineering experience
Four-to-five-plus years of hands-on GCP experience
Five-plus years building pipelines, integrations, and data platforms
One-to-two-plus years of technical or people leadership
Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and code reviews
Bring GCP, data architecture, and hands-on engineering leadership to Insight Global’s multidisciplinary technical organization.
