As a senior individual contributor, you will design, build, test, and deliver systems from requirements through production. The role emphasizes clean design, sound architecture, readable code, and clear documentation. You will also review code, mentor engineers, and take ownership of problems through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Design backend services from requirements through delivery
Build, test, and ship production-ready systems
Document decisions and maintain readable code
Use AI tools throughout daily engineering work
Review code and mentor engineers by example
Requirements:
Six or more years of software engineering experience
Strong Java and Spring Boot experience
Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases
Adaptability when learning technologies and solving problems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
