This Vice President oversees People Business Partners and Learning & Development for Clio’s global employee experience. You will build systems for more than 2,000 Clions, advise the executive leadership team, and operationalize the Human-First philosophy. The mandate spans talent density, workforce planning, leadership development, people analytics, succession, and organizational change across time zones, cultures, and legal jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
Strengthen leadership development and technical upskilling
Use analytics to understand retention and performance trends
Guide organizational shifts and executive talent transitions
Scale culture consistently across global teams
Requirements:

10+ years of People leadership experience
Background spanning PBP and talent development functions
Proven large-scale organizational change leadership
Ability to influence and challenge executive leaders
Bias for action and high-performing team focus
Bring strategic people leadership, workforce planning, analytics, and organizational design expertise to Clio’s global growth.
