Pharmaceutical Sales District Leader

Amplity seeks a pharmaceutical sales leader skilled in coaching, consultative selling, and Salesforce across healthcare offices, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
The Regional Business Manager leads Sales Representatives within an assigned geography and supports sales performance. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing product and disease-state expertise, applying sales strategies, and maintaining accurate field systems. The manager participates in national management, special projects, industry conferences, and cross-functional planning for Amneal products.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit qualified candidates and maintain a fully staffed region
Coach representatives on product knowledge and Rx selling
Use Salesforce and SFA systems accurately and consistently
Deploy Amneal assets to maximize territory productivity
Attend conferences and support healthcare professional interactions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Business Administration preferred
Five or more years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
Two or more years of pharmaceutical sales management
Specialty sales experience preferred in specified therapeutic areas
Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
Bring business acumen, influencing skills, Salesforce knowledge, and pharmaceutical leadership to Amplity’s regional client assignment.
