Own pension solutions strategy, P&L, and execution as Vice President, with significant time in Toronto, Virginia, or remote work.
This general management role leads a pension business line across commercial performance, go-to-market, delivery, and organization. You will define market strategy, guide pricing and capital allocation, and partner with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams. The role reports to the General Manager of Public Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Own revenue, costs, margin, operating plans, and reforecasting
Set market strategy, positioning, pricing, packaging, and terms
Partner with sales to improve pipeline, wins, retention, and expansion
Align product roadmaps with long-term business objectives
Build leadership teams, operating rhythms, and organizational structures
Requirements:
Related BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience; Masters preferred
15 or more years of directly related pension experience
Demonstrated meaningful-scale P&L ownership with concrete results
Sector network and understanding of records and DPS software markets
Experience leading commercial functions and senior leadership teams
Apply pension-sector expertise, commercial judgment, and software delivery fluency to lead business performance and customer execution.
