National Sales Director Canada

Lead national sales strategy and commercial growth for Axis Communications from Mississauga, Ontario, working on-site across Canada. Travel approximately 60% annually.
As National Sales Manager, Canada, you will guide sales leaders and specialists while contributing to the Canadian leadership team. The work spans strategy, forecasting, customer relationships, negotiations, and cross-functional alignment. Your leadership will support a customer-focused organization and sustainable Canadian market growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Shape and roll out national sales strategy
Set goals and performance expectations for Canadian teams
Review forecasts, pipelines, results, and market conditions
Guide pricing decisions for strategic customers
Coach sales leaders and develop high-performing teams
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Significant sales experience in relevant technology markets
Experience leading managers across different locations
Experience delivering strategy and managing forecasts
Experience supporting complex negotiations and senior discussions
Bring strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and collaborative sales leadership to Axis Communications across Canada.
