Senior Director Finance Systems Controllership

Lead finance systems strategy at Salesforce through Workday ERP architecture, AI automation, and hybrid collaboration three days weekly.
As Senior Director within Salesforce Controllership, you will own finance system architecture, data flow, and enhancement planning. You will connect complex accounting requirements with technical execution across revenue and non-revenue functions. The work advances scalable, intelligent financial operations through Agentforce and other AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct comprehensive Record to Report initiatives across business functions
Own ERP architecture, data integrity, and operational scale
Partner with IT to resolve critical production issues
Lead AI automation and finance transformation initiatives
Align Accounting, Finance, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders
Requirements:
12+ years accounting, financial systems, or finance transformation experience
Deep enterprise ERP and accounting data architecture expertise
Experience with R2R processes, US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX
Executive communication and cross-functional influence skills
Workday experience preferred; BA or BS degree required
Shape Salesforce Controllership through ERP ownership, AI transformation, structured problem-solving, and executive-level financial systems leadership.
