The Senior Solutions Engineer acts as a primary technical lead across customer engagements and sales cycles. You will design unified visibility across enterprise IT, cloud architectures, and digital business systems. Success requires strong technical consulting, executive communication, and knowledge of modern security or monitoring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer cybersecurity and performance challenges
Design unified Splunk visibility across complex environments
Demonstrate threat detection and incident response automation
Collaborate with account, product, and services teams
Develop technical assets for enterprise use cases
Requirements:
Mandatory fluency in Canadian French and English
Five to seven years of relevant technical experience
Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, APM, or infrastructure monitoring
Ability to explain technical concepts to executives
Splunk certification or equivalent expertise preferred
Use solution architecture and security observability knowledge to demonstrate measurable technical value for Splunk customers.
