Capital Markets Chief Financial Officer

Shape financing and capital markets as Chief Financial Officer for a newly public, high-growth technology company entering expansion.
This CFO role centers on investor relationships, transformational financing, strategic partnerships, and M&A opportunities. You will work directly with the Founder, Board, and Senior Executive team in a highly visible capacity. Toronto is strongly preferred as the home base.

Requirements:

Demonstrated capital-markets expertise
Established investor network
Experience with strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities
Comfort operating in a highly visible CFO capacity
Toronto strongly preferred as the home base
