Lead clinical trial execution for a life sciences organization in Raleigh, working hybrid, with responsibility across multiple concurrent studies. Apply expertise in clinical operations and trial delivery from site activation through database lock.
This director-level clinical operations leader oversees Phase I-III studies across their full lifecycle. The work includes CRO and vendor oversight, clinical trial budgets, patient recruitment, and risk-based monitoring. You will ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements while supporting portfolio delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Own trial delivery from site activation through database lock
Oversee Phase I-III clinical trial management activities
Manage CRO scope, budgets, performance, and timelines
Drive recruitment, enrollment strategies, and site activation
Lead risk-based monitoring and quality oversight
Requirements:
Director-level clinical operations leadership experience
Experience overseeing concurrent clinical studies
Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements
Experience managing clinical trial budgets and forecasts
Experience with clinical trial execution processes
Direct clinical operations, CRO oversight, recruitment, and quality execution across Raleigh-based hybrid clinical trial programs.
