Baker Tilly seeks a Non-Equity Partner to lead an established, growing US tax practice. This senior leadership role serves a large client base, including US corporations and Canadian companies with US operations. You will manage delivery, team capacity, cross-border coordination, and operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-volume US corporate tax compliance cycles
Manage advisory delivery and ad hoc client requests
Scale team capacity and practice workflows
Act as the internal US tax resource
Build processes supporting continued practice growth
Requirements:
Ten to eighteen years of US tax experience
Leadership experience at senior manager level or above
US CPA preferred; Canadian CPA or EA acceptable
Strong corporate tax compliance and advisory capability
GTA-based availability for Baker Tilly's hybrid model
