Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle sales for large multifamily deals
Close accounts across multiple property locations
Navigate owners, operators, and marketing leaders
Build proposals with strategists and leadership
Expand services and locations after signing
Requirements:

Record of closing $1M+ annually
Experience with enterprise or multi-location accounts
Background selling multifamily or agency services
Experience managing long consultative sales cycles
Preference for closing business over managing people
Close complex multifamily accounts for Blacksmith Agency using enterprise sales, consultative selling, and strategic expansion expertise.
