Lead client services and digital transformation at Orchard in Toronto, combining strategic direction, commercial control, and delivery governance.
This vice president role owns an account or account group end to end. You will guide strategy, creative direction, client relationships, growth, and program governance. The position brings together business direction and program leadership across complex digital delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Write proposals, strategies, and briefs aligned with client objectives
Own integrated roadmaps and release calendars across delivery teams
Maintain decision, dependency, change, and status tracking
Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, invoicing, and margin risks
Lead senior client relationships, growth, and new business efforts
Requirements:
Ten-plus years leading complex digital delivery in agencies or consulting
Experience managing large portfolios and concurrent workstreams
Knowledge of platforms, CMS delivery, CRM, and content production
Strong commercial judgment in forecasting, scoping, and change control
Based in Toronto with senior stakeholder leadership experience
Bring strategic leadership, digital delivery expertise, commercial judgment, and client confidence to Orchard’s Toronto leadership team.
