Exploration Manager Cariboo Gold Project

Lead exploration strategy and geological programs for the Cariboo Gold Project in Wells, British Columbia, on a fourteen days on, fourteen days off rotation.
Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Osisko Gold Group Inc., seeks a Manager, Exploration. Reporting to the Vice President, Exploration, you will lead technical exploration activities, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants. The position covers regional and near-mine programs, target generation, land management, and field execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and oversee regional and near-mine exploration programs
Review mapping, sampling, drilling, geophysical, and geochemical work
Integrate datasets into exploration models and target workflows
Manage permitting, logistics, contractors, schedules, and budgets
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and exploration releases
Requirements:
Geology undergraduate degree from a recognized institution
Fifteen-plus years in exploration and mining environments
At least five years in supervisory or management roles
Professional Geoscientist registration or eligibility in British Columbia
Three-dimensional modelling, geological databases, and ArcGIS experience
