Insight Global seeks an SAP Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA for Fashion transformation. This highly visible leader will guide supply chain, finance, merchandising, and product management workstreams. The program requires executive presence, technical depth, and experience delivering complex SAP transformations in large retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation delivery
Develop roadmaps, implementation strategies, and phased delivery plans
Drive governance, risk management, budgeting, and program reporting
Coordinate systems integrators, vendors, and technical delivery teams
Facilitate executive steering committees and senior leadership communication
Requirements:

10+ years leading complex technology programs
Two enterprise ERP transformations through stabilization
Direct S4 Fashion implementation experience in retail
Experience overseeing multi-year programs exceeding $50M budgets
Strong SAP ecosystem, retail operations, and executive communication knowledge
