As a Principal Visual Experience Designer, you will provide creative leadership as a strategic individual contributor. You will translate product strategy and interaction concepts into refined visual systems. Your work spans design systems, prototypes, accessibility, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design refined experiences across workflows, features, and touchpoints
Translate strategy and AI capabilities into polished visual designs
Develop scalable patterns through the Autodesk design system
Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and implementation specifications
Guide visual quality through critiques and cross-team collaboration
Requirements:
Eight or more years in visual or product design
Portfolio showing exceptional visual craft across digital products
Deep expertise in typography, color, composition, and hierarchy
Experience with motion design, animation, and micro-interactions
Proficiency with Figma, AI tools, and design workflows
Bring visual craft, strategic influence, and AI experience to Autodesk’s AEC product ecosystem through cohesive, trusted interfaces.
