Lead applied AI solution delivery from Raleigh in a hybrid director role, connecting business needs with production-grade generative AI and analytics.
This Artificial Intelligence Solutions Director will own the AI solutions roadmap across multiple business units. You will guide generative AI, predictive analytics, and process automation initiatives. The work includes defining success metrics, evaluating ROI, and translating ambiguous problems into deliverable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own AI roadmaps from business cases through delivery
Lead generative AI, analytics, and automation project portfolios
Define success metrics and ROI with business stakeholders
Oversee vendors, platforms, LLM providers, and MLOps tooling
Ensure bias testing, explainability, and AI governance
Requirements:
Experience delivering generative AI or LLM solutions production
Background translating business requirements into AI product roadmaps
Experience with responsible AI or model governance frameworks
Vendor management across major cloud AI platforms
Track record of measurable AI delivery ROI
Shape production AI strategy through roadmap ownership, responsible governance, stakeholder partnership, and measurable business value across multiple units.
