Enterprise Multifamily Sales Executive

Lead enterprise multifamily sales for Blacksmith Agency, closing complex portfolio deals through consultative discovery, negotiation, and expansion.
This full-time remote individual contributor position serves multifamily owners and property management groups with large portfolios. You will own major opportunities from initial meeting through signed contract. Blacksmith Agency delivers websites, SEO, and paid media for multifamily organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

Close large deals across multiple multifamily locations
Navigate owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders
Lead discovery through final contract signature
Develop proposals alongside strategists and leadership
Expand services and locations after signing
Requirements:

History of closing $1M+ per year
Background with enterprise or multi-location buyers
Multifamily group sales experience preferred
Marketing or agency services sales experience
Strength in long, consultative sales cycles
Bring enterprise sales discipline and multifamily account expertise to close high-value, multi-stakeholder business for Blacksmith Agency.
