Insurance Processing Operations Manager
Premier
Lead insurance processing operations with policy administration expertise at Premier Marine Insurance Group, supporting accurate, timely service across a hybrid workplace.
As Manager, Processing, you will direct daily work for a Canadian Managing Underwriting Agency. You will coordinate new business, renewals, endorsements and policy issuance while supporting underwriting priorities. The role also includes coaching employees, monitoring quality, and improving workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and support the Processing Team
Allocate work and adjust coverage for service expectations
Oversee accurate processing, invoicing and documentation
Monitor workflow, backlogs, quality and turnaround times
Partner with Underwriting and Finance on operational issues
Requirements:
Five years of progressive Canadian property and casualty insurance experience
Experience leading, supervising or directing employees
Knowledge of policy administration and insurance processing
Strong organization, communication and workload-management skills
Microsoft Office and insurance systems proficiency
Bring insurance processing leadership, policy administration knowledge and workflow discipline to Premier Marine Insurance Group’s underwriting operation.
