Drive EMEA demand generation as a Field Marketing Manager for SMB and Mid-Market across UKI and Northern Europe. Use CRM analytics and partner marketing to accelerate qualified pipeline.
As Cisco's marketing business owner, you will advise sales leaders and partners across the assigned territory. You will design integrated direct-to-customer and co-led campaigns spanning digital, outbound, events, and content syndication. The work supports Cisco Secure Networking, Collaboration, and Cybersecurity architectures while measuring pipeline and bookings outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise aligned country and theatre sales leaders
Design localized multi-channel demand generation campaigns
Plan SMB and Mid-Market partner events
Manage agencies, vendors, compliant spending, and ROI
Govern lead flow, scoring, and seller follow-up
Requirements:
Five or more years of B2B field marketing experience
Enterprise IT or SaaS partner marketing expertise
SMB and Mid-Market sector familiarity
CRM pipeline and conversion analytics proficiency
Strong communication and presentation skills
